How does your price match guarantee work?
Shop with confidence. We always strive to maintain competitive prices on everything we carry and will match regular retail prices at the time of sale on items shipped from and sold by other online retailers. If there are additional shipping charges, this should be taken into consideration as we offer free shipping. Also, if we reduce the price during the return and exchange period, we will match the lower price when you order. *
There are some online sales channels that you won’t be able to match. We cannot match sellers selling closeouts, discontinued products, seconds, used goods, old stock, or counterfeit merchandise. The pictures you see of merchandise in those “stores” are not what you get in almost all cases. PayPal is a secure and reliable payment processing service that allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at topshop.ae to purchase items by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), debit card or E-check (i.e. using your regular bank account).
Using PayPal
You do not need to have a PayPal account before ordering from topshop.ae. We offer two different payment methods with PayPal, which are as follows: PayPal is a secure and reliable payment processing service that allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at topshop.ae to purchase items by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), debit card or E-check (i.e. using your regular bank account).
On your cart page, click After reviewing your items. You will then leave topshop.ae and enter PayPal. Sign in to your PayPal account, or create one if you haven’t already, and follow the on-screen instructions from PayPal. Once you have completed your payment information, you will be directed back to our website where you will choose your shipping method and then complete your order.
In your shopping cart, choose Proceed to Checkout and you will be taken to the order information page. Under Payment Methods, select PayPal and then click Proceed to Checkout. You will then go to PayPal where you can complete payment for your order.

Payment is traceable. You can track your payment status using your PayPal account.

What are your shipping fees?
Shipping options are provided at time of checkout. We offer standard and express shipping.
Large orders:
In the event that an order is particularly large, heavy or bulky, additional fees may be incurred to cover these actual shipping costs. One of our specialty order processors will review your order to determine if additional fees will apply and will contact you prior to shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
topshop.ae ships most in-stock orders to you within 5-15 business days of receipt. Shipping options are provided at time of checkout.
You will always have the opportunity to find out the full amount of your purchase along with shipping charges before confirming your order. Out of stock items usually ship within 10-25 business days. Orders with items on the back order are held until they have completed shipping.
How do I track my shipping and purchase data/history?
If you register for an account during checkout, from this point on, you can view your complete online purchase history with topshop.ae, as well as track all purchases made from topshop.ae.
Can I ship purchases to multiple addresses?
We are happy to ship items to more than one address; Unfortunately, we cannot do this online with a single order at this time. If you wish to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you may enter separate orders on our website.
